By accessing or using the SRENOVA website, mobile communications, or clinic services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. SRENOVA is a brand of SR HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS, and all references to "SRENOVA," "we," "us," or "our" refer to SR HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

All treatments provided at SRENOVA are medical or aesthetic procedures performed by qualified practitioners. By booking a consultation or treatment, you acknowledge that:

• You will provide accurate and complete medical history and disclose any conditions, allergies, or medications.
• You understand that individual results may vary, and no guaranteed outcomes can be promised for any cosmetic or medical procedure.
• You consent to photography for medical records and treatment planning, with strict confidentiality as per our Privacy Policy.
• You will follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by our medical team.

Payment for consultations and treatments is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, UPI, and major debit/credit cards.

• Consultation fees are payable at the time of booking or check-in.
• Treatment packages must be paid in full before the first session unless a payment plan has been approved.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
• Refunds for prepaid packages are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to administrative charges.

We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid delaying subsequent patients. Repeated late arrivals may result in forfeiture of prepaid sessions.

SRENOVA and its medical practitioners exercise the highest standards of care. However, you acknowledge that:

• All medical and aesthetic procedures carry inherent risks, including but not limited to infection, scarring, allergic reactions, and unsatisfactory aesthetic results.
• We are not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from failure to disclose medical history, non-compliance with aftercare instructions, or underlying health conditions.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific treatment in question.

All content on the SRENOVA website — including text, images, logos, videos, and design elements — is the intellectual property of SR HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt our systems.
